The conductive rod is used to connect the outgoing line and external line of the transformer coil, and is installed on the conductive rod at the top of the transformer. Conductors always accumulate more charges than Z. In this way, the lightning rod gathers most of the electric charge. The lightning rod forms a capacitor with these charged clouds. Because it is very sharp, that is, the area of the two plates of the capacitor is very small, and the capacitor is also very small, that is to say, it can hold very little charge. It gathers most of the electric charge. Therefore, when there is more charge on the cloud, the air between the lightning rod and the cloud is easy to be broken down and become a conductor. In this way, the charged cloud forms a path with the lightning rod, and the lightning rod is grounded. The lightning rod can lead the charge on the cloud to the ground.
Classification of conductive rod materials: According to the material, it can be divided into brass conductive rods and red copper conductive rods. Through the analysis of the guide rod, it is confirmed that the cause of the open circuit failure of the guide rod is the cracking of the lead wire and the welding point of the guide rod. The reason for the cracking is:
One is that the epoxy resin injected into the conductive rod generates a certain amount of internal stress during the curing process;
Secondly, there is a significant difference in the expansion coefficient between epoxy resin and conductive rods, resulting in significant thermal stress during the temperature cycling test (especially at low temperatures);
The third reason is that epoxy resin becomes brittle at low temperatures. Under the combined action of these factors, the epoxy resin cracks at the interface with the conductive rod, generating huge stress at the solder joint while the conductive rod cracks, ultimately cutting off the solder joint.
